— PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
Integrity・Trust・Pioneering・Innovation・Excellence
Representative President

We sincerely thank you for your continued patronage and support.
Since our founding in 1998, our company has been engaged primarily in dispatching Indonesian human resources overseas. Thanks to your support, we have steadily grown for over 27 years and have developed into a highly specialized human resource service organization with international influence.
To date, we have received numerous awards and honors from the Government of Indonesia, and we have also obtained dual international quality management certifications based on ISO9001:2000. We are the only manpower dispatch company in Indonesia to hold ISO certification.
Since our establishment, we have dispatched approximately 50,000 people across a wide range of industries to countries and regions such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Canada, and Japan. In recent years, as economic ties between Indonesia and Japan have grown closer, we have been focusing more on staffing services for Japanese companies—dispatching outstanding talent to Japan and supporting Japanese-affiliated companies operating in Indonesia in securing personnel who can work smoothly in Japanese.
We provide consistent support from selection and pre-departure training to after-service upon return. We dispatch Indonesian talent to Japan who demonstrate strong learning ability, high professional skills, and excellent self-management. We sincerely hope they will grow through their experience in Japan, contribute to Indonesia’s development after returning home with their knowledge and skills, and become a bridge between Japan and Indonesia.
We will continue to strengthen our end-to-end system—from selection and training to post-arrival follow-up—and deliver greater value to both companies and talent.
